With a career spanning 15 years, Renato Trindade has explored the dynamics of market research and was Director of Services and Planning InterScience, playing a pivotal role in relationships with customers in the financial markets (such as Itaú). Renato Trindade was further responsible for creating a department dedicated exclusively to the Technology and Telecommunications segment. Today, as CEO of Bridge, he oversees planning, ensuring the quality of care and market studies for large companies such as TIM, Telefonica and Itaú.

After graduating in Advertising and post graduating in Marketing, Dayane Franco began her career in research on continuing studies – national panels of consumers, servicing large clients such as Nestlé, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, Danone, Live, etc. Next, Dayane started to design and manage quantitative studies for the Technology and Telecommunications sector, and took part in Latin Panel and TNS teams. At Bridge, she basically manages Communication Studies, Satisfaction and Conjoint Analysis with elasticities, simulations and market scenarios.

Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Felipe Menezes started his career in product marketing within the telecommunications sector in companies including Telefonica and Claro. With over 11 years’ experience in market research, he handles clients such as Telefónica, Itaú, Santander, Mastercard, Microsoft, Samsung, among others.

Degree in Statistics from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and Postgraduate in Market Research in Communications from the University of São Paulo (USP). He began his career in 2001 working in electoral and opinion research in São Paulo state. In 2005, he joined the services market, where he coordinated satisfaction research among companies, and worked with customer segmentation in the benefits market. He has been working in the telecommunications sector for four years, coordinating qualitative and quantitative research, focusing on satisfaction projects, Conjoint and Structural Equation Models. Currently in Bridge Research, Lucas is responsible for the service and management of quantitative projects and coordinating statistical modeling.
